Guilford Poets Guild – Second Thursday Poetry Series

Celebrate the turning of the seasons with the Guilford Poets Guild as we kick off the fall with our Second Thursday Poetry Series tomorrow at 6:30 PM at the Guilford Free Library.

Guild members will each share two poems, offering reflections both personal and universal—perfect for this exciting season.

 An Open Mic will begin the evening – non-Guild members, please bring a poem (or just one you’re eager to read) and then listen and enjoy the shared warmth of words.

Come meet the new leaders of the Guilford Poets Guild, Sharon Austin Bloom and Kate Summerlin, and celebrate the outgoing leadership of Gwen Gunn and the late and dear Norman Thomas Marshall.
