WE’RE PUTTING THE FUN IN FUNDRAISING!!

It’s that time of the year, and Moses Gunn Play Company is holding our annual fundraiser.

And this year our company will be presenting some diverse short play readings:

AMERICA (Sally Plass) is reading a piece created by the You’re Never Too Old To Play Group.

YO ANDREA (Mike Boland and Julie Fitzpatrick) written by Mike Boland is the story of a middle-

aged man who hatches plan to win the woman of his dreams. This scene, produced as a short

film (starring Mike Boland,) won more than a dozen film festivals around the country. The full-

length screenplay has won first place in six film festivals and was a finalist and semifinalist in 10

others.

SHIRLEY VALENTINE (Primi Townsend) is a one-character comedy by Willy Russell. Shirley,

feeling her life in a rut, takes a hiatus from her family and goes on a trip to Greece with a friend

hoping to find happiness.
